‘Global Sales Strategies for Ambitious Malaysian Entrepreneurs’ Workshop – 19th January 2009
This workshop is a jointly organised event between MDEC and TELEKOM, and is the kick-off of a series of training and development programs for all MSC Malaysia Status Pre Seed Fund Recipients. The key objective of this workshop is to prepare the participants with the required knowledge and skills to become global market players and also to network with other companies conducting global sales activities.
The workshop will be facilitated by Prof. Kenneth P. Morse who is a Senior Lecturer & Managing Director of the prestigious MIT Entrepreneurship Centre, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
The workshop will feature case studies, discussions, exercises, and participants presentations. Key takeaways are;
- Excellent sales & customer acquisition skills,
- Effective high value sales techniques & customer relationship management,
- Increase in customer and employee satisfaction & retention
- Sincere commitment to solving customer problems and sustainable competitive advantage through long term strategic customer relationship.
I will be involved in judging and analysing pitching techniques by these companies, and hopefully working with them in honing their skills towards higher impact techniques.
