	CATI SUPERVISOR (Ref: OPS01)
	Reporting to the Qualitative/Offline Manager, will have primary responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of our outbound calling center in order to meet project deliverables and client expectations. Additionally, will be responsible for staff oversight, providing effective leadership, training, development and coaching.
	CLIENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS(s) (Ref: CDM01)
	Reporting to the General Manger, will be responsible for actively prospecting, growing and managing client accounts. Will be involved in both pre- and post sales activities and in leading, directing and managing client projects.
	PROJECT MANAGER (Project Delivery & Fulfilment)(Ref: OPS02)
	Reporting to the General Manger, accountable for overall coordination, management, execution and completion of all market research projects, and provide leadership in building client relations and project management execution.
	DATA ANALYST (Ref: OPS03)
	As part of the Operations Team, primary responsibility will be data processing and analysis using statistical software. Will be responsible for producing data tables, generating reports, performing statistical analysis, and developing reporting ad-hoc tools.
	SENIOR PROGRAMMER (Survey Scripter/Writer) (Ref: OPS04)
	As part of the Operations Team, responsible for programming and management of online surveys and providing programming innovative ideas. Will be responsible for online survey set-up, testing and data outputs. Need strong knowledge in scripting and programming using various languages and/or proprietary softwares.
